The client required a seamless integration between SalesRabbit, HubSpot, and Google Sheets to streamline lead management and automate data capture from form submissions.

Solution Overview:

Phase 1: SalesRabbit to HubSpot Integration

Workflow:

  • Trigger: Form submission in SalesRabbit
  • Action 1: Lead is created in SalesRabbit (native behavior).
  • Action 2: Using Zapier, the following actions are triggered:
  • A Contact is created in HubSpot.
  • A Lead is created in HubSpot associated with the contact.

Tools Used:

  • SalesRabbit: Lead management and field sales platform.
  • HubSpot: CRM for managing contacts and leads.
  • Zapier: Automation platform to bridge SalesRabbit and HubSpot.
